The Company was incorporated on 30th May 1997 with the registrar of Companies, Delhi Vide CIN NO. U21012DL1997PTC087594. The company established a unit for manufacturing of Kraft Paper in Year of 2005 & established Unit - II for manufacturing of MG Poster Paper & MG Kraft Paper in 2022.
The Unit was established in 2005 and it was taken over by the new management Mr. Anant Tyagi, Mr. Raj Kumar Tyagi, Mr. Mukesh Kumar Tyagi and Mr. Abhay Raj Tyagi. The Track Record of the management has a rich experience in project implementation. After admission of new directors in the board of Orient Board and Paper Mills Private Limited, certain changes have been made in the unit by which the production capacity as well as turnover of the unit was enhanced manifold. The change process has been carried out under the guidance of Mr. Mukesh Kumar Tyagi and Mr. Raj Kumar Tyagi.
At present the company has installed capacity of manufacturing of Kraft Paper and Kraft Board of 125 TPD (40000 MT Per Annum Approx).
The Company has installed IInd Unit for the manufacturing of MG Poster Paper and MG Kraft Paper with the capacity of 80 TPD (24000 MT Per Annum Approx).
Orient Board & Paper Mills Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the production of eco-friendly recycled Kraft Paper, Paper Board & MG Poster Paper, MG Kraft Paper & other paper products. The unit is situated at 9th Kms., Jansath Road, Muzaffarnagar (U.P.). Our machinery based on 100% recycled pulp from Indian and imported waste paper. The unit is located 120 Km away from National Capital New Delhi and situated at Panipat- Khatima Highway.
