The Company was incorporated on 30th May 1997 with the registrar of Companies, Delhi Vide CIN NO. U21012DL1997PTC087594. The company established a unit for manufacturing of Kraft Paper in Year of 2005 & established Unit - II for manufacturing of MG Kraft & MG Poster Paper.
